Job Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Develop and maintain MIS dashboards using Advanced Excel.
Consolidate and analyze data received from various project locations and departments.
Prepare project-wise and management reports with accurate and timely information.
Analyze data and highlight key variances, trends, and performance indicators.
Maintain databases and ensure accuracy and consistency of MIS data.
Prepare management presentations and reports as required.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely collection and validation of data.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting records.
Support management in data analysis and decision-making through accurate MIS reporting.
Required Skills
Advanced Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF formulas, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, Charts, Dashboards, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, etc.
Strong MIS Reporting and Data Analysis skills.
Good understanding of Management Reporting and dashboard preparation.
Strong knowledge of MS Office.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle large volumes of data and prepare reports within deadlines.
Preferred Experience
2–5 years of experience in MIS / Reporting roles.
Candidates with Infrastructure, Construction, EPC, or Project Industry experience will be preferred.
Strong practical experience in Advanced Excel and MIS reporting is essential.
