Position: Senior Developer (Python, Azure & Generative AI)

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Developer with strong expertise in Python and hands-on experience building Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the full stack of modern AI application development — from LLM integration and RAG pipelines to cloud deployment on Azure and CI/CD automation — and thrives in an agile, fast-evolving technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and APIs using Python.
Build and integrate Generative AI solutions, including LLM invocation, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and Fast MCP–based implementations.
Design and implement agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph or Microsoft Agent Framework.
Develop, deploy, and manage applications on Microsoft Azure, leveraging services like AKS, Azure AI Search, and Azure AI Foundry.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable automated testing, integration, and deployment.
Design and develop RESTful APIs in Python.
Work with relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases for data storage and retrieval.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teamss following Agile methodologies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
Stay current with emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices in AI/ML and cloud engineering, and proactively bring new ideas to the team.

Strong experience building APIs in Python
Databases
Working knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB)
