Cluster Manager

Responsibilities :
Responsible for the overall operations and performance of Hidesign stores within the assigned area.
Drive sales performance, business growth, and achievement of store targets.
Monitor store operations, customer experience, and adherence to Hidesign standards and SOPs.
Conduct regular store visits and identify areas for improvement and corrective action.
Ensure effective Visual Merchandising and consistent brand presentation across stores.
Lead, motivate, and train Store Managers and teams to improve productivity and sales performance.
Ensure availability of the right stock at the right time and place through effective stock planning and analysis.
Monitor stock movement, conduct stock audits, and ensure inventory accuracy.
Prepare and review regular sales, operational, and performance reports.
Coordinate with HR, VM, Finance, Supply Chain, and other departments for smooth store operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational processes, and brand standards.
