Role Description The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including supervising team members, managing inventory, ensuring visual merchandising standards, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization. This role involves driving sales performance, monitoring key metrics, and implementing initiatives to meet revenue and profitability targets. The Store Manager will focus on delivering an excellent customer experience, handling escalations, and ensuring consistent service standards. The position also includes managing cash operations, supporting retail loss prevention measures, and collaborating with regional leadership on store policies, staffing, and training.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on creating a positive in-store experience.
Effective interpersonal and Communication skills to lead teams, engage customers, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
Store Management experience, including staff supervision, scheduling, inventory handling, and sales floor management.
Awareness of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including adherence to cash-handling, stock control, and security procedures.
Prior experience in retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands, ideally in a supervisory or management role.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, including weekends and peak retail hours as required.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems; comfort with sales reporting and performance tracking.
Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
