Regional Marketing Manager, EMEA & APAC

This role is an opportunity to shape regional marketing in markets that matter to the company’s growth. You will help connect global strategy to regional execution, working closely with cross-functional partners to strengthen market presence, support pipeline creation, and ensure messaging resonates with local audiences and buyer needs.
Responsibilities
Own and execute regional marketing strategy across EMEA and APAC in partnership with internal stakeholders and the US demand generation team.
Be accountable for qualified pipeline creation across the region and align programs closely with regional sales leadership and account executives.
Identify, recruit, and activate commercial and technology channel partners across priority RoW markets.
Represent Workable at regional events and conferences, including public speaking and in-market brand presence.
Develop and localize marketing assets such as decks, brochures, press releases, case studies, video testimonials, and event emails for regional audiences.
Adapt global positioning into market-specific messaging and USPs tied to local growth drivers and relevant product releases.
Use AI to improve market analysis, extract insights from sales and customers, measure message effectiveness, and refine regional positioning over time.
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing with ownership of field, regional, or channel marketing programs.
Experience working in agency, in-house, or blended environments with increasing strategic ownership.
Proven ability to build regional marketing strategy and drive execution independently or cross-functionally across more than one geographic market.
Experience using AI tools for marketing analysis, messaging refinement, and insight generation.
Experience identifying, recruiting, and activating commercial and technology channel partners.
Strong collaboration skills with sales leadership and account executives to support pipeline generation.
Experience writing and localizing marketing assets such as decks, brochures, press releases, customer stories, and campaign content.
Eligibility to work in Greece.
Able to work on-site four times per week.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Familiarity with the B2B SaaS, HR tech, or recruiting software category, including how ATS and HRIS buyers evaluate vendors.
Understanding of how to market to HR, talent acquisition, or People leaders as buyer personas.
Experience with public speaking or representing a brand at conferences, partner events, or regional trade shows.
