Senior Product Manager

We’re growing fast, in both headcount and revenue, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to design, build and roll-out products that deliver Workable's vision and strategy.
As a Senior Product Manager you will:
Understand user needs and gather feature requests to incorporate them into product roadmap
Describe the user experience and product features
Collect and analyse data to validate goal
Collaborate with the development team
Track the project progress
Test and accept delivered product features according to user stories
Coordinate the product release launch
Translate user feedback and research results into recommendations to executive management
Work with key external partnerships to augment the value of the product
Requirements
What you’ll bring
5+ years of experience in technical product management.
A track record of managing products through the full lifecycle.
A solid technical foundation, with an understanding of software development and web technologies, and the ability to work effectively with software development teams.
Experience working in Agile product development environments and managing product integrations.
Experience using AI tools.
Strong presentation skills, including experience sharing recommendations with executive leadership.
A BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to have
An MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in HR tech.
Experience conducting direct customer discovery.
Experience managing external partners.
