Junior Executive – Internal IT Support

Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Executive – Internal IT Support to provide day-to-day IT support to employees and ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and devices.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems.
Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Office applications.
Manage user accounts, password resets, and access permissions in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
Support laptop/desktop deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Assist with Microsoft Intune device enrollment and management.
Troubleshoot printers, Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, and internet connectivity issues.
Maintain IT assets, inventory, and software license records.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware repairs, AMC, and procurement.
Assist with antivirus, MFA, and basic IT security requirements.
Maintain IT support records and documentation.
Track and close support tickets within the required timelines.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT teams when required.
Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support.
Good knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
Knowledge of Entra ID and Intune is preferred.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer-support skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education
Any Graduate / Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
