Assistant HR Manager – Bangalore
We are hiring an Assistant HR Manager for a reputed hotel/hospitality organization in Bangalore.
Location: Bangalore
Salary: ₹35,000–40,000/month + PF
Benefits: Food + Accommodation
Experience: Hotel background mandatory
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Candidates with only hotel/hospitality HR experience will be considered.
Coordinate effectively with staffing vendors and recruitment agencies.
Independently handle and close staffing requirements for the South region.
Manage end-to-end recruitment and manpower coordination.
Strong communication, negotiation and vendor-management skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of hiring requirements.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidate should be comfortable with self-managed arrangements for food and accommodation.
