🔹 Experience: L2 / Relevant Experience
📍 Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office
💰 CTC: Up to ₹25k to 35k
⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiners Only
💻 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ ManageEngine OpManager Monitoring
✅ Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting
✅ Monitor Switches, Routers & Firewalls
✅ Network Path Analysis (NPA)
✅ DHCP Scope & WAN Link Monitoring
✅ Device Backup & Configuration Management
✅ Network Device Onboarding, Discovery & Monitoring
✅ Alert & Event Management
✅ Identify and troubleshoot basic network issues
✅ Monitor device availability, performance & uptime
✅ Handle escalation processes and day-to-day OpManager activities
🛠️ MANDATORY SKILLS
🔸 ManageEngine OpManager
🔸 Networking Fundamentals – TCP/IP
🔸 Switches, Routers & Firewalls
🔸 NPA / DHCP Scope / WAN Monitoring
🔸 Device Backup & Network Device Onboarding
🔸 Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting
⚠️ Important: Candidates must have hands-on OpManager experience along with strong basic networking knowledge. Profiles without practical experience in these areas will not be considered.
