🚨 WE’RE HIRING | SITE HEAD – PAINT SHOP MAINTENANCE
📍 Location: Hoshiarpur, Punjab
🔧 Department: Paint Shop – Maintenance
💰 CTC:Up to ₹11 LPA
🎓 Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech – Electrical
⏳ Experience: 10+ Years | Automotive Paint Shop / Manufacturing Maintenance
🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead end-to-end Paint Shop Maintenance operations and ensure maximum equipment availability.
• Manage maintenance of Robotic Chassis Paint Lines, Top Coat Lines & Powder Coating Lines.
• Handle electrical, automation and control-system maintenance of paint shop equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLC, VFD, sensors, motors, control panels, HMI and robotic systems.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Monitor equipment performance, MTBF, MTTR, OEE and minimize unplanned downtime.
• Ensure smooth functioning of pretreatment, curing ovens, conveyors, paint booths and coating systems.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, EHS, Stores and external vendors for maintenance activities.
• Plan manpower, shifts, spare parts and maintenance schedules.
• Drive breakdown reduction, root-cause analysis and CAPA.
• Control maintenance costs and optimize spare-parts consumption.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, electrical safety and statutory requirements.
• Drive 5S, Kaizen, TPM and continuous improvement** initiatives.
• Maintain maintenance MIS, breakdown reports, PM schedules and equipment history.
• Lead and develop the maintenance team and ensure strong shop-floor discipline.
• Support internal/customer audits and ensure timely closure of observations.

• Strong experience in Paint Shop Maintenance with hands-on exposure to multiple paint lines.
• Experience in robotic painting, top coat, powder coating and paint shop equipment maintenance preferred.
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, team-management and decision-making skills.
