Contracts Manager - Legal
Looking for a commercially savvy legal professional with strong contract management, legal contracting and E2E contract operations experience who can independently manage complex agreements and stakeholder negotiations across the organization.
**Consulting experience is mandatory - candidates from Tier-1 consulting firms**
🔑 Key Skills & Experience
Contract Management & Legal Contracting
End-to-End Contract Operations – drafting, review, negotiation, execution, renewals & closure
Strong experience in Customer / Commercial Contracts
Hands-on experience in Facility Contracting
Real Estate Agreements & Contracting
Licensing Agreements
Contract risk assessment, obligation management & compliance
Experience handling high-value contracts ($2–5M+)
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
GCC experience preferred
