Business Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing processes and data, coordinating with different teams, and translating business needs into clear and actionable requirements for technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Understand business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and requirement documents.
Work closely with product, technology, design, marketing, and other teams.
Convert business requirements into clear functional specifications.
Analyze business data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
Identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Coordinate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test scenarios and validating results.
Track requirements, changes, and project progress.
Conduct competitor and market research when required.
Present findings, recommendations, and business insights to management.
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of business processes and requirements gathering.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Ability to create process flows, documentation, and presentations.
Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
