Cloud Systems Engineer

Join a dynamic cloud engineering team supporting a remote opportunity with a leading retail organization. This role focuses on designing and managing secure, high-performing cloud environments while partnering with development teams and global 3PL stakeholders to solve complex infrastructure challenges.
Responsibilities
Design, manage, and support cloud environments with a focus on availability, security, and performance.
Partner with development teams to deliver infrastructure support, resolve issues, and enable reliable application delivery.
Collaborate with global third-party logistics partners and vendor teams to support operational needs and integrations.
Help maintain and improve complex system integrations between host systems and 3PL environments.
Contribute to troubleshooting efforts across cloud and warehouse-related systems.
Support ongoing technical efforts in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on communication and teamwork.
Skills
Experience designing and managing cloud-based environments.
Strong understanding of security, availability, and performance best practices.
Background in supply chain operations and warehouse management systems.
Knowledge of third-party logistics (3PL) operations.
Experience working with vendors and cross-functional partners.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support complex integrations.
Preferred Skills
Previous experience supporting a similar client environment.
Familiarity with global 3PL partner collaboration.
Experience working with host system integrations.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
