Remote Leverage is a leading recruiting agency based in Florida, specializing in outsourcing and offshoring talent from Latin America and around the world for U.S.-based businesses. You'll join our team to support marketing initiatives, growth campaigns, and operational projects.
Responsibilities:
• Proofread, write, and edit marketing emails and other written content.
• Assist with setting up and launching advertising campaigns.
• Upload and manage content across social media platforms.
• Perform basic video editing occasionally as needed.
• Reach out to social media creators to explore potential collaborations.
• Edit and update landing pages and marketing content.
• Research, plan, and execute marketing and growth initiatives from scratch.
• Set up and manage accounts on online communities and participate in relevant discussions.
• Provide project and operational support by tracking tasks, coordinating initiatives, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Assist with documenting workflows, improving processes, and implementing simple automations.
Preferred skills & Tools:
• Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising tools.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or Notion.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and automation tools such as Zapier or Make.
• Strong organizational, research, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
• +1 year of experience in a Marketing Assistant role or related role.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
• High level of motivation and persistence.
• Energetic and upbeat.
• Team player.
• Willing to listen to feedback and improve.
