Client Liaison & Interior Designer

Role Description
We are seeking a creative, client-focused, and detail-oriented Client Liaison & Interior Designer to manage client relationships while developing stylish, functional, and practical interior design solutions. The role combines interior design expertise with strong communication and coordination skills to ensure client expectations are clearly understood and successfully translated into design outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Meeting and communicating with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, lifestyle, budget, and project expectations.
Developing interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards, material selections, and design proposals.
Preparing floor plans, elevations, detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials.
Presenting design concepts and recommendations to clients and incorporating feedback into design development.
Acting as the primary liaison between clients, designers, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
Coordinating design revisions, approvals, quotations, materials, and project-related requirements.
Conducting site visits and coordinating with contractors to ensure design concepts are implemented accurately.
Assisting with the selection of furniture, fixtures, finishes, materials, and decorative elements.
Managing client enquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally while maintaining strong relationships.
Monitoring project requirements, design details, documentation, and client approvals.
Ensuring design solutions balance aesthetics, functionality, budget, technical requirements, and project objectives.
Maintaining accurate project records, drawings, specifications, and client communications.
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, materials, finishes, and construction detailing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant 3D design or visualization software.
Strong creative ability with excellent visual awareness and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident and professional when communicating with clients and project stakeholders.
Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into practical and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.
Good understanding of construction processes, materials, specifications, and design coordination.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, revisions, and deadlines effectively.
