Head Admissions | Reputed University in Rajasthan

The role will drive the overall admissions strategy, student recruitment, outreach, conversion and enrolment targets while strengthening the university’s brand presence and engagement with prospective students, parents, schools, colleges, counsellors and other stakeholders.
Role and Responsibilities:
The role would focus on academic enhancement for the team.
Coordinating and formally focusing on quality control and checks while reviewing applications, shortlisting for the interview round, and interviewing students.
Supporting the due diligence and decision-making process for the selection of students for admissions as well as scholarships.
Interacting with parents/guardians/students and handling sensitive issues or addressing questions and concerns around decision-making and retention.
The role requires travel for the purpose of meeting students and families.
Preferred Qualifications:
15+ years of relevant experience, preferably within higher education, with significant experience in admissions, student recruitment, enrolment management, education consulting or related functions.
Demonstrated experience of managing admissions for a university/institution with multiple programmes and sizeable student intake.
Experience in developing and executing large-scale student recruitment and outreach strategies.
