🚨 WE’RE HIRING | MARKETING MANAGER – TRANSFORMERS ⚡
NexusArc HR Consultants is hiring for our client, a reputed organization in the Transformer & Electrical Industry, for a key business development role.
📍 Location: Mumbai / Gujarat
💼 Experience: 8+ years
🕒 Employment: Full-time
💰 CTC: NO BAR for the right candidate + performance-linked incentives
🔹 Role: Marketing Manager – Transformers
We are looking for an experienced B2B Sales / Marketing professional with strong industry connections and a proven track record in selling Transformers, Electrical Products or Capital Equipment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Develop transformer business across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai & Gujarat
• Build relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, electrical consultants, panel builders & industrial customers
• Generate enquiries, drive approvals/specifications and convert opportunities into orders
• Identify upcoming projects and new business opportunities
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical/estimation teams
• Handle quotations, negotiations and order finalization
• Track sales pipeline, forecasts, competitor activity and market opportunities
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, customer communication & collections
• Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
🔹 Ideal Candidate
✅ 8+ years of relevant B2B sales/marketing experience
✅ Experience in Transformers / Electrical Products / Capital Equipment
✅ Candidates from Cables, Motors, DG Sets, Switchgear, Panels & allied electrical industries are also welcome
✅ Strong network among OEMs, consultants, EPCs and industrial customers
✅ Excellent business development, negotiation & relationship management skills
✅ Electrical/Mechanical Diploma or BE/B.Tech preferred
✅ Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits
✅ Marathi, Hindi & English proficiency preferred
