About the Role
Full Time, Permanent
As a Clinical Trial Manager, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of assigned clinical trials from post-award through to close-out. You'll act as the primary sponsor contact, leading cross-functional teams to deliver trials on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Reporting to the Research Manager, you'll play a key role in advancing global health through world-class clinical research.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead clinical trials from post-award through close-out
Manage trial timelines, budgets, and delivery plans
Build strong relationships with sponsors, CROs, and vendors
Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet trial milestones
Identify, manage, and resolve trial risks and issues
Monitor recruitment performance and participant outcomes
Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements
Track financial performance and manage budget variations
Drive continuous improvement and quality initiatives
Maintain audit readiness and trial documentation oversight
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
Relevant science or health-related degree
Experience managing clinical trials or complex projects
Knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical research processes
Experience working with sponsors, CROs, and vendors
Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills
