About the Role
Full Time, Fixed-Term 4-5 Months
As a Clinical Trial Assistant, you'll provide vital operational and administrative support to our clinical trial teams, helping ensure studies are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with research protocols. Working closely with Clinical Trial Coordinators and Clinical Trial Managers, you'll support participant activities, trial documentation, and day-to-day study operations that contribute to advancing global health.
Key Responsibilities
Support participant screening, scheduling, and trial activities
Prepare and maintain trial documentation and records
Provide day-to-day support to trial teams and participants
Coordinate operational and logistical trial requirements
Maintain accurate data and ensure audit-ready files
Track trial activities and support quality processes
Assist participant management throughout active studies
Support multiple clinical trials as organisational needs require
Follow established protocols and regulatory requirements
Contribute to smooth and efficient trial delivery
Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
Relevant science or health-related qualification
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work in a structured environment
