Pay Rate - $50/hr with 2 weeks PTO and contribution towards healthcare
W2 Contract
Primary Responsibilities:
Shapes/leads organizational efforts translating strategy into results by converting business needs into tangible delivery work
Developing full process map using MS Visio
Defines, develops, and manages the overall project schedule to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget
Guides teams through project structuring, problem definition, issues identification, and resolution development using problem solving principles and past experience
Identifies, prioritizes, and quantifies project opportunities based on assessment activities and an understanding of high-level vision, performance gaps, and needs relative to business drivers within the banking industry Identifies, engages, and leads multi-disciplinary teams to plan and deliver the business outcomes of the projects assigned
Assesses and manages risk throughout the project lifecycle and works with key stakeholders to deliver risk mitigation plans as needed
Identifies and shapes opportunities to provide or create additional business value
Maintains responsibility and accountability for quality and accuracy of all deliverables associated with the projects assigned
Executes complex departmental projects and tasks as assigned
Mentors other associates in developing/honing business knowledge, analytical skills, and project management skills
Relies on experience and judgement to perform job duties without supervision or direction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related degree
4+ years of experience using MS Visio
Strong experience creating process maps
Exposure to third-party vendor onboarding
