Job Description
Who You’ll Work With
In this role you will primarily focus on supporting fulfillment readiness for one of our fast-growing segments. You will have a chance to work with cross-functional teams within Arista as well as Arista Manufacturing and Sales Operation leadership.
What You’ll Do
We are looking for a candidate who is interested in helping us build an innovative and modern supply chain.
Align with Product Management & other Planning teams on future demand & critical deals
Translate said demand into production plans for our CM and ODM partners
Analyze forecast fluctuations and assess supply chain variables to optimize production and fulfillment scheduling
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, CM & OMD Site Ops, etc.) to get consensus on operational directions
Create and maintain relevant site KPI and metrics to meet general Campus SLA
Develop and enhance planning tools and processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Qualifications
5+ years of manufacturing planning experience in a related industry
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, economics or a relevant area
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Built to thrive in a flexible and results-driven environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills and comfortable with cross-cultural multiple time zone collaborations
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. SAP experience is a plus
Candidates located around Hanoi/Bắc Giang area preferred
