The DCX Client Services Home-Based Sales Assistant/ Virtual Assistant is a valued and essential part of the customer experience. The ideal person is highly organized and detail-oriented, proactively monitoring the business owner's calendar and email for commitments, deadlines, follow-ups, and critical upcoming tasks, helping make sure nothing falls through the cracks. We also want someone eager to learn the drywall repair business who, with training, can grow into qualifying incoming leads, following up with prospective customers, and potentially selling and scheduling our drywall repair services.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage and post on social media
Manage email inbox
Manage incoming leads via the Hole In The Wall website and email
Manage the business owner's calendar and set business development appointments
Proactively monitor calendar and inbox for deadlines, follow-ups, and critical tasks
With training, qualify incoming leads, follow up with prospective customers, and potentially sell and schedule drywall repair services
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.
Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:
Background in trades is a plus, especially drywall; familiarity with any trades is helpful
Customer orientation and the ability to adapt to and respond to diverse types of characters.
Comfortable with social media marketing.
Various industry-specific software (i.e., ServiceMinder, Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace)
WHAT WE OFFER
Salary Range: Php 40,000 - Php 50,000
Job Type: Full-time
Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)
Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
