The DCX Client Services – Home-Based Controller
The DCX Client Services – Home-Based Controller will work full-time with a growing U.S.-based business, supporting financial operations, accounting processes, reporting, and internal controls. This opportunity is suited for an accounting professional who combines strong analytical capabilities with exceptional attention to detail, sound financial knowledge, and a commitment to accuracy.
The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and capable of managing competing priorities while meeting strict deadlines. They should be comfortable working with financial data, maintaining accounting records, supporting management decisions, and following established procedures.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop and maintain internal control guidelines, policies, and procedures for budget accounting, cash and credit management, administration, and related activities.
Maintain and reconcile the accounting system, including oversight of accounts payable and accounts receivable operations.
Assist the CFO with information and analysis required for budgets and financial forecasts.
Prepare and present financial reports, performance information, and risk analyses.
Provide management support on commercial and financial matters.
Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulatory requirements and professional standards.
Recommend benchmarks to measure and monitor business operational performance.
Coordinate the provision of financial information and supporting documentation to external auditors for annual audits.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
1–3 years of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and/or General Accounting experience, as specified in the supplied job description.
Practical knowledge of accounting operations, financial reporting, and financial data analysis.
Experience supporting accounting processes, reconciliations, or financial documentation.
Language Proficiency
Very proficient written and spoken English communication skills.
Technical Skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook, along with other commonly used Microsoft Office applications.
Understanding of accounting regulations, procedures, and financial controls.
Knowledge of payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
Understanding of economic principles, financial markets, and banking.
Understanding of financial data analysis and reporting.
