French Language Specialist

Position: French Language Specialist – International Process
Location: Sector 30, Gurugram | Work From Office
Salary: Up to ₹8.5 LPA
Working Days: 5 days a week
Shift: Rotational shifts & rotational week offs
Transport: Both-side cab facility, subject to hiring zone
Joining: Immediate Joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions in French and English through the assigned communication channel.
Assist customers with their queries, requests, and service-related concerns.
Provide accurate and professional resolutions while maintaining high service quality.
Understand customer requirements and communicate solutions clearly.
Maintain proper documentation and update customer information in internal systems.
Follow defined process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Handle interactions related to the Canadian market while maintaining a strong customer experience.
Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in an international customer service/support process.
C1 French certification is mandatory.
Strong proficiency in French with good verbal and written communication.
Good command of English.
Candidates with Canadian market exposure will be preferred.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
Strong customer-handling, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
