PCB Design Engineer – AI Training & Evaluation (KiCad)

Help improve AI agents that perform professional PCB design work.
Engivexlab is building AI systems that can perform real-world engineering and design tasks. We are looking for experienced KiCad / PCB design professionals to evaluate AI-agent workflows, review generated designs, and provide expert feedback that helps improve AI performance.
What you'll do
Review AI-generated schematics and PCB layouts in KiCad
Evaluate AI-agent actions, workflows, and final results
Identify design errors, workflow issues, and unexpected behavior
Assess whether results meet professional PCB design standards
Create expert reference examples and workflows
Provide clear, structured feedback for AI evaluation and improvement
What we're looking for
Strong hands-on experience with KiCad
Professional experience with schematic capture and PCB layout
Ability to evaluate PCB designs critically and identify technical issues
Understanding of practical PCB design workflows and best practices
Strong attention to detail
Ability to provide clear written feedback
Comfortable working independently on project-based tasks
Nice to have
Experience with other EDA tools such as Altium Designer
Experience testing software, plugins, or AI tools
Experience with technical documentation or data annotation
Experience creating reference designs or training examples
