3D Artist / Blender Expert – AI Training & Evaluation

Help improve AI agents that perform professional 3D modeling tasks.
Engivexlab is building AI systems that can work with professional design software. We are looking for experienced Blender professionals to evaluate AI-agent workflows, review 3D results, and provide expert feedback that helps improve AI performance.
What you'll do
Review AI-generated 3D models and scenes in Blender
Evaluate geometry, topology, scene organization, and overall model quality
Assess AI-agent actions, workflows, and final results
Identify modeling errors, workflow issues, and unexpected behavior
Create expert reference examples and professional workflows
Provide clear, structured feedback for AI training and evaluation
What we're looking for
Strong hands-on experience with Blender
Professional experience in 3D modeling
Good understanding of geometry, topology, and scene organization
Ability to identify technical and visual modeling issues
Strong attention to detail
Ability to document findings clearly
Comfortable working independently on project-based tasks
Nice to have
Experience with rigging, animation, or technical art
Experience testing software, plugins, or AI tools
Experience with other 3D applications such as Maya
Experience creating reference workflows or training examples
