As an Operations & Career Services Intern, you’ll own the learner’s success journey end to end, making sure they stay on track, are prepared for every opportunity, and have a smooth experience throughout their placement journey.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, following through, and making sure things actually get done.
What you’ll work on
Learner Progress & Milestones
Track learner progress and ensure key milestones are completed on time
Follow up consistently with learners and flag drop-offs early
Make sure no learner goes silent or gets stuck in the process
Learner Communication
Communicate regularly with learners throughout their placement journey
Share clear updates, timelines, next steps, and important information
Help learners stay prepared and engaged at every stage
Interview Readiness
Schedule and coordinate mock interviews before every interview round
Ensure learners complete the required preparation before meeting hiring partners
Interview Coordination
Coordinate interview rounds with hiring partners
Manage schedules and ensure smooth communication between learners and recruiters
Collect feedback after each interview round and maintain accurate records
Tracking & Operations
Create and maintain learner and interview trackers
Keep calendars, follow-ups, and status updates organized
Proactively identify gaps and flag issues before they become bigger problems
