Role Description The Fresher Academic Counsellor will work full time on-site at our Indore office, supporting learners who engage with Brand Guide Master’s training and educational offerings. Daily responsibilities include guiding students on course selection, helping them understand program structures, and providing information about learning pathways in digital marketing and related fields. The role involves conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, responding to student queries in person and through digital channels, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and progress. The Academic Counsellor will collaborate with trainers and team leads to align academic advice with current industry requirements and available programs. This position is designed for individuals starting their career, with on-the-job learning and mentoring provided.
Qualifications
Ability to provide Student Counseling and Academic Advising to help learners choose suitable courses and learning paths.
Strong Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with students, trainers, and team members.
Interest or foundational knowledge in Career Counseling to guide students on future opportunities and skill development.
Educational background in Education, Psychology, Management, or any relevant field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
Empathy, active listening, and a learner-centric mindset to support diverse student needs.
Basic understanding of digital marketing or willingness to learn about industry trends and tools.
Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage time effectively, and handle multiple student queries responsibly.
Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools; familiarity with online communication platforms is an advantage.
