Role Description The Fresher Education Counsellor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. In this role, the counsellor will guide prospective learners on suitable educational and training options, explain available courses and digital marketing programs, and support them in making informed decisions about their learning paths. Daily activities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and following up with students to ensure a positive experience. The counsellor will collaborate with internal teams to understand program offerings, provide clear information about course benefits and outcomes, and participate in outreach activities to attract interested learners.
Qualifications
Ability to provide Educational Consulting, helping learners understand programs and academic pathways.
Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to support individuals in making informed education and career choices.
Strong Communication skills to explain course details clearly and engage with diverse student profiles.
Good understanding of Education systems and interest in digital marketing and professional training programs.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; education, psychology, or counseling-related fields are an advantage.
Comfort interacting with students and families, with a customer-focused and empathetic approach.
Basic computer literacy and ability to work with CRM tools, email, and office applications.
Willingness to learn, adapt to new processes, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
