Job Title: Dimensional Inspection
Location: Coimbatore,Tamilnadu
Qualification: Diploma Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 1–5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Perform dimensional inspection of manufactured components using measuring instruments.
Verify dimensions as per engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and customer specifications.
Use instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, Dial Indicators, and CMM (if applicable).
Conduct first article inspection (FAI), in-process inspection, and final inspection.
Prepare and maintain dimensional inspection reports and quality records.
Identify non-conforming parts and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and inspection standards.
Ensure compliance with quality procedures and customer requirements.
Support internal and external quality audits.
