Job Title: FEA Engineer
Location:- Trivandrum
Qualification:- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace.
Experience:-2–6 Years in Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
Job Responsibilities:
Perform structural, thermal, vibration, and fatigue analysis using FEA tools.
Develop finite element models, meshing, boundary conditions, and load cases.
Conduct linear and non-linear analysis of components and assemblies.
Validate simulation results using engineering calculations and test data.
Analyze stress, strain, deformation, and failure modes.
Prepare technical reports and present analysis findings.
Work closely with design and manufacturing teams for product optimization.
Ensure designs meet customer requirements and industry standards.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
Hands-on experience with ANSYS, Abaqus, HyperMesh, Nastran, or similar tools.
Knowledge of structural mechanics, material properties, and strength of materials.
Experience in static, dynamic, thermal, and vibration analysis.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and CAD models.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
