Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer / Application Support Specialist to manage, support, and administer a cloud-hosted Digital SOP application built on .NET. The role involves application administration, user access management, production support, vendor coordination, performance monitoring, change management, and technical documentation.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with .NET application administration and support.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft IIS, WebLogic, and SQL Server administration.
Strong experience with Azure cloud infrastructure, virtual machines, and application hosting environments.
Experience supporting client-server and standalone application architectures.
Proven experience in user access management, role/permission administration, and license management.
Experience managing document repositories, folder structures, and access controls.
Strong troubleshooting and production support experience, including L1/L2 support and vendor escalation.
Good understanding of ITIL, incident management, change management, and RFC processes.
Experience in application performance monitoring, database troubleshooting, storage management, and performance optimization.
Strong vendor management and coordination skills.
Experience preparing and maintaining technical documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.
Good understanding of security best practices for cloud infrastructure and application servers.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SOP, document management, or enterprise content management systems.
Knowledge of integrating document management applications with other enterprise IT systems.
Familiarity with cloud security, application server hardening, and data retention practices.
Experience working with business users, infrastructure teams, vendors, and compliance/audit teams.
