Must-Have:
End-to-end workflow discovery, process redesign, process mapping, SIPOC, VSM and service blueprinting
Lean waste analysis, RCA, standard work, controls and capability mapping
KPI/baseline definition, value cases and benefits realization
AI agent/intelligent workflow design and hands-on enterprise AI/automation experience
GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, prompt engineering and grounding
AI testing/evaluation, human-in-the-loop, exception handling and controls
APIs, structured data, JSON/connectors and Python/equivalent scripting
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and independent delivery
Change adoption, handover and sustainment
Microsoft Copilot Studio & Power Automate
Good-to-Have:
Azure AI Foundry/Azure OpenAI or equivalent
Semantic Kernel/orchestration frameworks
Vector search, enterprise knowledge sources and data preparation
Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
Agile/Product/Service Design/Program Management
AI CoE/builder community/enterprise automation experience
Finance, Operations, Technology or customer operations exposure
Relevant Cloud/AI/BA/Process Improvement/Automation certifications
Financial Services/Banking domain experience
