Job Description :
Plan and perform monitoring activities to assess whether SoQM policies, procedures and controls are implemented and operating effectively.
Obtain and evaluate appropriate evidence and document work performed.
Identify and document monitoring findings, including their nature and significance.
Work with stakeholders to develop practical, proportionate and sustainable remedial actions.
Monitor remedial actions, maintain action trackers and escalate delays or concerns.
Evaluate whether remedial actions have been implemented as intended and are effective.
Analyse qualitative and quantitative monitoring information and present insights to senior leaders and governance groups.
Provide constructive challenge and practical insights to support continuous improvement in audit quality.
Contribute to the wider Technical Team and the firm's audit quality strategy.
