About the Role
We are looking for a street-smart, proactive and operationally strong Data & Fleet Operations Executive to manage day-to-day fleet operations and vendor coordination. The role requires someone who can work on the ground, build strong vendor relationships, negotiate effectively, solve last-minute operational issues and ensure vehicles are available and deployed as required.The ideal candidate should be comfortable dealing with drivers, fleet partners and vendors, handling pressure, taking quick decisions and ensuring smooth execution of bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end fleet and cab operations for corporate clients.
Coordinate with fleet vendors, drivers and transport partners for vehicle availability and deployment.
Build and maintain a strong local and outstation vendor network.
Source new vendors and vehicles based on operational requirements.
Negotiate rates with vendors and ensure competitive commercial terms.
Maintain vendor rate cards, vehicle details, service areas, availability and performance records.
Allocate vehicles and coordinate driver deployment as per trip requirements.
Track live bookings, vehicle movement, driver reporting and trip status.
Handle last-minute vehicle requirements, cancellations, replacements and operational escalations.
Resolve issues related to driver availability, vehicle breakdowns, delays, route changes and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate fleet, vendor and booking data in Excel and internal systems.
Verify trip details, duty slips, billing information and supporting documents.
Coordinate with Finance for vendor bills, payment follow-ups and reconciliation support.
Monitor vendor performance, service quality, response time and compliance.
Identify operational gaps and take quick corrective action.
Work closely with Sales, Tours, Client Success and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain daily/weekly fleet and vendor MIS and report critical issues to the reporting manager.

Comfortable dealing directly with drivers and fleet partners.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and operational trackers.
High attention to detail and ownership of tasks.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Requirements
0–3 years of experience in fleet operations, taxi operations, transport operations, travel operations or corporate mobility.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Logistics, Operations or a related field.
Experience in vendor handling, fleet coordination or vehicle deployment will be preferred.
Candidates with strong local vendor networks and practical field knowledge will be an advantage.
Willingness to handle urgent and last-minute operational requirements.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target- and service-driven environment.
