Role Description This part-time remote Technical Product Owner role at PT Gold Emperor Dua focuses on guiding the development and optimization of digital products and services. The Technical Product Owner will translate business needs into clear product requirements, prioritize the product backlog, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Daily activities include gathering and analyzing user feedback, refining user stories, coordinating with technical support to resolve product issues, and monitoring product performance metrics. The role also involves participating in sprint planning, reviewing releases, supporting troubleshooting efforts, and aligning product features with the organization’s strategic goals.
