About the Role
We are looking for a creative and fashion-focused Fashion Communicator with 3–4 years of relevant experience to strengthen the visual communication and creative identity of Team Amrit Kaur Artistry across fashion, beauty, bridal and luxury segments.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop creative concepts for fashion, beauty and brand campaigns.
* Handle fashion communication, styling, visual storytelling and creative direction.
* Plan concepts for Instagram, social media, masterclasses, shoots and collaborations.
* Coordinate with photographers, makeup artists, hairstylists, fashion stylists, models and creative teams.
* Plan and execute fashion and beauty shoots.
* Create mood boards, styling references and campaign concepts.
* Research current fashion, beauty and social media trends.
* Develop creative content and brand storytelling.
* Maintain a consistent luxury and premium visual identity.
* Support fashion events, masterclasses, celebrity projects and brand collaborations.
* Coordinate with the social media/content team for campaign execution.
* Research competitors, emerging trends and new creative opportunities.
Requirements
* 3–4 years of relevant experience in Fashion Communication, Fashion Styling, Creative Direction, Fashion Media, Branding or a related field.
* Graduate from NIFT / NID or a reputed fashion/design institute preferred.
* Strong understanding of fashion, beauty, styling and luxury aesthetics.
* Excellent creative and visual communication skills.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating fashion/creative projects.
* Knowledge of Instagram and digital fashion communication.
* Good understanding of photography, styling and content production.
* Strong communication, coordination and presentation skills.
* Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or basic video editing is an advantage.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced fashion and beauty environment.
