Human Resources Business Partner (Night Shift)

Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner (Night Shift) will be responsible for providing end-to-end HR support for on-site teams in Mohali district in a full-time capacity. This role involves implementing and maintaining HR policies, supporting managers with performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment regulations. The HR Business Partner will manage employee relations, handle escalations, oversee disciplinary procedures, and conduct investigations when necessary. Daily tasks also include coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities, maintaining HR records, assisting with workforce planning, and collaborating with leadership to support a positive and inclusive work environment during night operations.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) practices and experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR generalist role.
Knowledge of HR Policies and the ability to design, interpret, and implement policies aligned with organizational and legal requirements.
Proven experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and coaching managers and team members.
Understanding of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to ensure compliance and advise stakeholders on regulatory requirements.
Experience with Performance Management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively during night shifts.
Ability to work on-site in Mohali district and collaborate closely with operations and leadership teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
Experience in healthcare or service-based industries and familiarity with multisite or high-growth environments is beneficial.
