Business Operations Analyst

We're looking for Business Operations Analysts!
Responsibilities:
Oversee Partner account onboarding, manage product SKUs, and administer partner offerings
Processing of Market Development Funds and Global Channel Incentive claims, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and financial accuracy
Handle marketing budgets, fund allocations, fund requests with accuracy
Ensure seamless financial tracking, reporting, and billing processes.
Serve as a key contact for external partners and internal HQ and Sales Teams.
Provide world-class assistance for Qualcomm's Compute Channel Partners while fostering strong internal relationships with Sales/BD teams.
Perform additional ad hoc business operations activities from time to time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Excellent Advance Excel Skills; Salesforce certification is a plus.
Ability to focus on details, multitasking and perform activities timely with quality output.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskills with tools – AI, CRM, Power BI etc.
Flexible evening calls for business reviews and calls on a regular basis.
Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Flexible for evening calls (8PM – 11PM IST) for HQ reviews and business calls on regular basis and/or working in shift (2.30pm to 11.30pm) as needed.
Master's degree in business management, Operations, Analytics, or related experience
