Role Description The Client & Agency Development Consultant – Influencer Marketing is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with brand and agency partners, understanding their marketing goals, and advising on influencer strategies using KOLPlanet’s AI-driven platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, presenting tailored campaign proposals, and guiding clients on creator selection, content direction, and performance optimization. The consultant will analyze campaign data, prepare insights-driven reports, and facilitate training sessions or product walkthroughs for client teams. Collaboration with internal product, analytics, and operations teams is essential to ensure smooth onboarding, effective campaign execution, and high client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, audience insights, and ROI metrics, and translate them into clear recommendations.
Consulting experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields, with the ability to diagnose client needs and design strategic solutions.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information simply and build trust with stakeholders at different levels.
Training and facilitation capabilities to conduct platform demos, client onboarding sessions, and best-practice workshops.
Research skills to stay current on influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and competitive landscapes.
Experience working with digital marketing or influencer marketing tools and dashboards; familiarity with social media platforms and creator ecosystems.
Demonstrated client-facing or account management experience, with a focus on long-term relationship building and retention.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort with data-driven decision-making and proficiency in using presentation and spreadsheet tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, or equivalents).
