Role Description The Brand Partnership Manager – Influencer Marketing is a full-time, hybrid role based in Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for identifying, pitching, and securing strategic brand partnerships that leverage KOLPlanet’s influencer and creator ecosystem. Day-to-day work includes prospecting potential clients, managing partnership pipelines, leading proposal development, and negotiating commercial terms to close deals. The individual will maintain and grow key accounts, coordinate campaign execution with internal teams, and ensure partner satisfaction through performance reviews and clear communication. The role also involves using platform data and analytics to refine partnership strategies, prepare regular reports, and provide insights that drive long-term collaboration and revenue growth.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships skills, including the ability to build, negotiate, and sustain mutually beneficial brand relationships.
Candidates should possess solid Account Management skills, with experience in overseeing client relationships, campaign delivery, and performance reporting.
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data, audience metrics, and ROI to inform decisions and optimizations.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including confident presentation abilities and clear written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in influencer marketing, digital media, or advertising, preferably in a client-facing or business development role.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup from Delhi, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Comfort using CRM tools, dashboards, and analytics platforms; familiarity with social media and creator ecosystems is highly beneficial.
