Junior Fullstack Developer - AI Focus

We are looking for a Junior Fullstack Developer, who wants to grow in a modern, AI-driven development environment.
This is not a traditional junior developer role. We are looking for someone passionate about Fullstack Development, but also genuinely curious about AI tools, automation and agentic workflows - someone who already uses AI naturally to learn faster, automate tasks and improve the way they build software.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using React and Next.js;
Support the development of APIs and backend services with Node.js;
Participate in the implementation of new features and improvements;
Collaborate with product and design teams;
Explore and integrate AI tools into development workflows;
Support the creation of automations and AI - assisted solutions.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar;
Recent graduate or 1 year of experience in software development, or similar field;
Knowledge of React, Next.js, Node.js, REST APIs and databases;
Strong motivation to learn and grow as a Fullstack Developer;
Proven hands-on experience with AI projects (academic, personal or freelance);
Experience building or experimenting with AI agents, agentic workflows or AI-powered automations;
Responsibility, teamwork, and proactivity;
Good English.
Nice to Have
Experience using AI coding tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor or Claude;
Familiarity with AI APIs and agent frameworks;
Interest in prompt engineering and workflow optimization;
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms or DevOps concepts.
