The Role
We are looking for a data-driven Marketing Analytics professional to help the marketing team understand performance, customer behaviour, and business impact. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Business teams to turn data into actionable insights.
What You’ll Do
Analyse marketing campaigns, channels, funnels, and customer data.
Track key metrics, including leads, conversions, CAC, ROI, pipeline, and revenue.
Build and maintain marketing dashboards and reports.
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve marketing performance.
Work with Marketing and Sales teams to measure campaign and pipeline impact.
Support data-driven decision-making across acquisition, engagement, and growth initiatives.
Automate recurring reports and improve marketing data processes.
What We’re Looking For
5–8 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar role.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets and SQL skills.
Experience with BI/dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
Understanding of marketing funnels, campaign metrics, customer acquisition, and ROI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
Experience working with cross-functional teams is a plus.
