💼 Job Role: UI/UX Designer
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly digital interfaces, creating engaging visual experiences, developing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with creative, marketing, and development teams to bring ideas to life.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Design intuitive and visually engaging websites, landing pages, dashboards, and digital interfaces.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Understand project requirements and translate them into user-friendly design solutions.
Design responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
Conduct basic user research, competitor analysis, and design benchmarking when required.
Develop clean and consistent layouts, typography, colour schemes, and visual elements.
Collaborate with developers, designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Review existing interfaces and identify opportunities to improve usability and overall user experience.
Create and maintain reusable UI components and design systems wherever required.
Incorporate feedback and make necessary design iterations while maintaining design quality.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, interaction patterns, and industry best practices.
Support the creative and marketing teams with digital design requirements for campaigns, websites, and other online experiences.

✅ Required Skills
1–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centred design
Proficiency in Figma
Good knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and responsive design
Strong understanding of typography, spacing, layouts, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
Good understanding of current web and digital design trends
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS will be an advantage
Strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics
Ability to understand briefs and convert them into practical design solutions
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take ownership
Comfortable working in a startup and fast-paced environment
Willing to work from office
📁 Portfolio
Candidates are requested to share their portfolio along with their CV. A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects, design thinking, wireframes, prototypes, and/or digital interface designs will be preferred.
