WE’RE HIRING: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
IREOBAFARMS is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to join our team.
We are building an agriculture brand focused on agriculture education, poultry farming, entrepreneurship, and helping young people see agriculture as an opportunity—not a “poor man’s job.”
We need someone who understands social media beyond simply making posts.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Develop and execute social media content strategies
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content
• Manage our social media pages and maintain consistent brand communication
• Research agriculture-related topics and trending content ideas
• Write engaging captions, hooks and calls-to-action
• Create or coordinate carousels, graphics, reels and other content formats
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and build our online community
• Track content performance and provide simple growth reports
• Identify trends and opportunities to increase reach, engagement and followers
• Help strengthen the IREOBAFARMS brand voice across platforms
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You should:
✅ Understand how social media platforms work
✅ Be creative and able to generate content ideas
✅ Have good writing and communication skills
✅ Understand audience engagement and community building
✅ Be comfortable using tools such as Canva and Meta Business Suite
✅ Be interested in or willing to learn about agriculture
✅ Be consistent, organized and able to meet deadlines
✅ Understand that social media growth is about strategy, not just posting
Experience managing a brand, business or personal page is an advantage.
