What you own
Revenue
1. Revenue integrity. Billed versus delivered versus contracted, reconciled at shipment level, root cause fixed with Operations and Product
2. Coverage and collection. The gap between recognised, billed and collected revenue closed, with dispute and credit-note closure owned.
Cost and P&L
3. Margin truth. Contribution margin and cost-to-serve by client, lane and cohort, and provision reconciled against actual loss every close.

Your first quarter
By day 90: a leakage finding with a rupee number against your name, a pricing or margin call you changed, and one reconciliation running without your hand on it.
You will be measured on
• Leakage identified and recovered, in rupees
• Billing accuracy and revenue realisation

• How fast a messy number becomes a trusted one
The seat and the path
You report to the Director, Revenue Assurance and Business Finance. You'll own multiple domains as one P&L view and sit with the CFO's office on pricing and cash calls. Someone who has run a business finance or P&L charter at a listed or scaled company will thrive here; Prove the first charter and the next is added.
Who should apply
• 2+ years in business finance, FP&A, at a listed or scaled company, a logistics, marketplace or quick-commerce business, Big-4 transaction or revenue advisory, or consulting with a P&L charter, with real ownership, not reporting
• SQL and Excel at shipment-line grain, not a pivot table; Python a plus
• Has owned a number that changed a pricing, renewal or margin call
• Treats an unverified number as a defect, not a draft
• Wants a charter that grows with them, not a fixed job description
