Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Hub Manager. The Hub Manager is responsible for overseeing daily hub operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing, dispatch, and receipt of shipments. This includes managing hub staff and delivery partners, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to maintain high levels of service quality and operational efficiency. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams such as central operations, customer support, and vendor partners to resolve issues, optimize routes, and support capacity planning. The Hub Manager also ensures compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards, manages inventory and space utilization, and prepares regular reports and analyses to support data-driven decision-making.

Candidates should possess strong hub and operations management skills, including workflow planning, process optimization, and performance monitoring.
Candidates should possess team leadership and people management skills, including staffing, training, coaching, and conflict resolution.
Candidates should possess logistics and supply chain skills, such as route planning, capacity management, shipment tracking, and vendor coordination.
Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills, including data interpretation, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement mindset.
Candidates should possess communication and stakeholder management skills, including clear reporting, collaboration with internal teams, and professional interaction with partners and customers.
Candidates should possess proficiency with digital tools and platforms used for logistics operations, reporting, and coordination.
Relevant experience in logistics, e-commerce operations, or warehouse/hub management is highly beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in operations, logistics, business, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, handle high-volume operations, and adapt to fast-paced, evolving business needs.
