Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Assistant. The role involves conducting market research, identifying potential business opportunities, communicating with prospective clients, supporting customer service activities, and fostering relationships with current and future partners. The Business Development Assistant will also provide analytical support to the sales and marketing teams to drive overall business growth.

Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
Analytical and market research skills to identify growth opportunities
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
Experience in customer service to ensure client satisfaction and address inquiries
Ability to work independently and in a team in a remote environment
Proficiency in using CRM tools and standard software suites such as MS Office
Knowledge of digital marketing or business development concepts is a plus
Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
