Role Description The Product Development Specialist role is a full-time remote position responsible for supporting the design, development, and optimization of products and platforms such as Grow Biz OS and related digital solutions. This role involves conducting market and competitor research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities for new features or offerings. The specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams—including marketing, development, and business consulting—to translate insights into product requirements, roadmaps, and specifications. Daily activities include coordinating product testing, gathering user feedback, documenting feature enhancements, and monitoring product performance against key metrics. The role also requires preparing clear product documentation, contributing to go-to-market plans, and ensuring that product updates align with The Grow Biz’s growth and innovation strategy.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Analytical Skills to identify opportunities, understand customer behavior, and evaluate product performance.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and document product requirements clearly.
Candidates should possess Research and Development (R&D) capabilities to explore new product ideas, test concepts, and support innovation initiatives.
Candidates should possess Product Management skills to assist with product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and lifecycle management.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field are beneficial.
Experience in SaaS, digital products, or technology-driven business solutions is an advantage.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is required.
Familiarity with project management tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics software is a plus.
