About You:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-reliant Executive Assistant to join our team in Austin. At ARCO, you'll have the opportunity to improve project performance and drive your own success, from day one!
A Day in the Life:
Calendar and meeting management; including scheduling and travel coordination.
Conducting research and creating PowerPoint presentations on an as needed basis
Manage communication and act as liaison between internal departments, Principals, and other executives
Assist with internal business planning and assembly of departmental business plans
General records management and document control
Event registration and planning
Client relations (purchasing gifts, scheduling/planning off-site events, etc.)
Salesforce data entry, report building, and system management
Expense reporting
Manage relationships with the property manager to address any building announcements and/or address any office maintenance issues
Develop office budget and manage vendor relationships and negotiations in order to stay within the budget
Ensure proper stock of all office supplies and equipment
Ensure office common spaces are always presentable, with a focus on client-facing spaces
Necessary Qualifications:
2+ years of related experience
Bachelor's Degree required
Excellent computer skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Bluebeam experience is a plus
Salesforce experience is a plus
Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task
Proactive management style
Ability to manage different personalities
